Case searches for years prior to 1991 may be done by pre-paid written request ($6.00 per year, per person) or by visiting on-site and searching manual books in person. Search by Name, Case Number, or Name and Date of Birthįull years of Circuit Clerk data are available from 1991 - present. View information on requesting a record (background) check. It may therefore be necessary to confirm an identity by writing to or by visiting the Circuit Clerk’s office. The system defaults to the individual’s primary name.
